You're invited to Community Bridges' second annual Farm to Fork Gala Dinner, supporting all 10 of our programs, and the 22,000 local children, families and seniors we reach. Join us for live music, a live auction, and a locally sourced gourmet dinner as we celebrate our 40th anniversary! Stay tuned for live auction and fund-a-need announcements!

From the farm, to your fork! Marina Camarlinghi's menu has been announced, featuring produce generously donated by Watsonville Coast Produce, California Giant Berry Farms, and Ocean Mist Farms:

Tasty Bites:
~ Cherry tomato, mozzarella, kalamata & basil skewer
~ Skewered spicy prawns
~ Baked brie wrapped in puff pastry with sliced fresh green apples

From the Earth:
~ Heirloom tomato, burrata & basil stack with white balsamic drizzle

From the Flame & From the Sea
~ Lemon thyme chicken with Ocean Mist Farms artichoke or
~ Grilled salmon with a pineapple salsa
with Roasted pepper stuffed with goat cheese & roasted potatoes

Sweets from the Farm:
~ Chocolate kahlua cake with fresh California Giant Berry Farms berries & Marianne's banana ice cream

To Drink:
~ Wine by Beauregard Vineyards and beer from World Beer Cup winners Discretion Brewing, water and organic lemonade.

This year's live auction has been announced! Here's a sneak peek at some of the evening's packages...

Dine & Stay in Capitola – Enjoy a one-night stay at the Capitola Venetian, plus certificates to shop and dine around Capitola for an all-inclusive weekend staycation experience!

Seafood Foraging Adventure – Explore the ocean as an Adventure Sports instructor teaches you to harvest wild seafoods and prepare a gourmet meal at the day's end. Complete with all the adventure equipment you need, and a three-bottle wine sampler from Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard.

Private Lunch for 10 at The Hideout – Found in Aptos: refined comfort food in a historic spot surrounded by the redwoods. Enjoy a delicious afternoon retreat in a room all to yourselves.

Parking for the event is available courtesy of Aptos Village businesses, and street parking. Carpooling is encouraged.

Lift Line shuttles will greet guests at the street-level park entrance to shuttle down the driveway.

Only vendors and individuals with disabilities will be allowed to access the park driveway, as the park contains only 20 parking spaces. Please contact us at info@cbridges.org to reserve.

This is an outdoor event, and we all know how Santa Cruz weather can be! Suggested attire is business casual. Please bring layers. Heels are not recommended (we'll be on the lawn).
